These are a few tips that have helped keep me sane on my motherhood journey.
One – Plan Ahead. Write down what makes you stressed and how you can manage it. Ensure you do this when you are relaxed.
Two – Save some time in the day for you, at least 15 minutes every day. This is time for you to unwind and relax.
Three – Have consistent routines that work for you and your family such as bedtimes, meal times, prayer and bible study times etc.
